At four locations in Switzerland, we treat and recover hazardous waste to prevent its dilution or release into the environment.
Job Description
- Receipt and weighing of special waste
- Verification of shipping documents for accuracy
- Preparation of shipping documents and paperwork using ERP and Office
- Inspection and sampling of special waste according to specifications
- Conditioning and sorting of special waste
- Preparation of special waste for disposal and forwarding according to instructions
- Loading and unloading with forklift
- Preparation and loading of vehicles with empties
- Support at community collections
- Possible deployment at other locations (during holidays or other absences)
- Saturday work
Qualifications
- Vocational training as a recycler EFZ or equivalent training in a manual or technical environment
- Chemical basic knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Clean and precise work with personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Forklift licence (SUVA recognised) mandatory
- Driving licence category B
- Responsible and independent working style
