We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement: Caretaker (80-100%)

We are a medium-sized housing cooperative with around 550 apartments and a small, straightforward team. Here, we do not work alongside each other, but together. We tackle tasks jointly and support one another.

What is important to us? Motivation, initiative, and the willingness to take responsibility. If you approach others openly, present yourself in a friendly manner, and are ready to pitch in without fuss, you are exactly right with us. You may be yourself here – because that is exactly what makes our team.

Your tasks with us

• Supervision and maintenance of building technical systems
• Repair work in rental apartments
• Care and maintenance of green and outdoor areas
• Winter service and on-call duties

What you bring with you

• Completed technical or craft apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Independent and reliable working style
