About the job

Your main tasks:

• Personal support and advice for buyers from notarisation to apartment handover
• Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Coordination between project management and buyers
• Compiling additional/reduced costs
• Processing and monitoring buyer requests
• Technical review of buyer requests regarding feasibility, costs, and impact on the project schedule
• Ensuring deadlines and quality requirements in cooperation with construction management
• Preparation and accompaniment of shell construction inspections, acceptance, and handovers

What you bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as a draughtsperson specialising in architecture, interior draughtsperson, carpenter, or a comparable technical or creative profession
• Experience in buyer support, interior finishing, or the furnishing industry
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently interpret plans and construction contexts
• Independent, reliable, team-oriented, as well as structured and solution-focused personality
• Good understanding of costs, deadlines, and quality
• German and English spoken and written
• Design affinity, enjoyment of high-quality interior architecture and furnishing products
• You gladly take on responsibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Interest in long-term permanent employment
