- Development, takeover, new acquisitions, and maintenance of corporate clients
- Evaluation of candidates' competence areas before assignment or permanent employment
- Development and management of your own client portfolio
- Recruitment for temporary and permanent positions
- Implementation and realisation of budget targets
- Representation of the company internally and externally
- Training in the technical-industrial, construction, or commercial sector
- Experience in sales/consulting or field service is an advantage
- You have a winning, open, and communicative manner with an initiative and goal-oriented approach
- You know how to build trust and achieve set goals
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment and assertiveness
- German as a native language; any additional language is an advantage
