A precision company is looking for an experienced Laser Workshop Manager, capable of overseeing the development, organisation and performance of a workshop equipped with advanced technologies (Femto, GF 400, Laser Cheval).

Proven experience in industrial laser, ideally with Femto, GF 400 and Laser Cheval

Comfortable with process development, fine adjustments and solving technical problems

Experience in workshop management or team supervision

Broad vision, organisational skills, natural leadership

Ability to structure, optimise and develop a technical department

Rigor, autonomy, clear communication and team spirit

Quality-oriented and respectful of customer requirements

You lead the laser workshop and ensure its optimal operation, growth and production quality. Manage the laser workshop: organisation, planning, prioritisation of flows and resource management

Develop laser processes on Femto, GF 400 and Laser Cheval machines

Optimise parameters, ensure process stability and improve yields

Supervise, support and upskill operators

Ensure the aesthetic and dimensional quality of components

Manage emergencies, priorities and production needs

Work closely with the Methods, Quality and Production departments

Propose technical and organisational improvements to strengthen workshop performance

Perform first-level maintenance and ensure machine park availability

Guarantee a safe, clean and standards-compliant working environment
