In this role, you will own the end-to-end Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for existing customers, spanning pricing, sales commissioning, Go-to-Market execution, and the Sunrise Rewards Loyalty Program. You will be accountable for delivering a consistent and compelling value proposition across all customer segments and channels, driving increased share of wallet, RGUs per customer, and bill size. A core part of the role is the ownership of Sunrise Rewards - the new loyalty program launching in H1 2026 - including its strategy, roadmap, and performance, ensuring it strengthens customer engagement, loyalty, and longterm value creation.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Define and own the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for existing customers, with segmentspecific propositions that increase share of wallet, RGUs per customer, and bill size, fully aligned with Acquisition CVP
- Ensure end-to-end consistency of base CVP delivery across all channels in close collaboration with Acquisition CVP, IT, and commercial teams
- Lead and govern Go-to-Market execution for the customer base, including campaigns, promotions, and channel playbooks, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and customer experience standards
- Define and manage inlife Ensure pricing consistency across the full customer lifecycle (cross sell, upsell, change of service, retention, and prevention), balancing growth, margin, and regulatory requirements
- Own pricing governance and sales commissioning budgets for baserelated sales, ensuring incentives support CVP, loyalty objectives, and channel capabilities
- Accountable end to end for Sunrise Rewards: definition, development, and execution of the Sunrise Rewards loyalty program, ensuring target reach in term of driving customer engagement, active customer base, churn reduction, and incremental sales and share of wallet; deliver on revenue
- Accountable for the Moments roadmap as part of Sunrise Rewards, including for all Sunrise Rewards customer communication, processes, and partner integration
- Lead and coordinate cross functional and external stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Consumer Platform, IT, Customer Care, and partners) to deliver a coherent base value and loyalty strategy
YOUR SKILLS:
- University degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a quantitative field
- 10-15 years of experience in customer value management, pricing, or and loyalty, ideally within telecom or another subscription based industry
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or above) with direct accountability for CVP, pricing governance, loyalty performance, and budget or P&Ladjacent targets
- Deep functional expertise in CVP design, inlife pricing, and loyalty program management, including segmentspecific propositions and cross sell/upsell mechanics
- Broad commercial skillset across GTM execution, customer experience design, and commercial management, with working knowledge of offer engines and loyalty platforms
- Strong commercial awareness of the Swiss telecom market, including competitor propositions, pricing dynamics, loyalty mechanics, and regulatory constraints
- Proven ability to lead heterogeneous, cross functional teams and align diverse disciplines (commercial, analytics, product, IT, legal/compliance) around shared KPIs
- Strategic, data driven leader with the ability to translate market and regulatory developments into differentiated CVP and loyalty strategies that protect margin while driving growth
