About the job
Your Responsibilities
You take overall responsibility for the nursing department as well as the therapeutic cross-sectional services and lead a central part of the organisation with high professional, personnel and economic responsibility.
As a member of the executive management, you actively shape the strategic development of PBL and bring the nursing perspective into central entrepreneurial and health policy issues.
In close, equal collaboration with the medical directorate within an interprofessional leadership structure, you further develop services and structures as part of integrated psychiatric service provision and sustainably shape the positioning of nursing. In doing so, you manage resources, quality and cost-effectiveness and drive the development of treatment models across all settings. You promote interprofessional collaboration, specifically develop leadership and organisation, and actively shape transformation processes.
Your Profile
You have a solid nursing education with advanced qualifications and bring several years of leadership experience at the highest management level in a comparable role, ideally in the psychiatric environment or in complex healthcare organisations. You combine nursing expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and are familiar with managing demanding organisations.
You navigate confidently in interprofessional structures and create orientation as an integrative and binding leader, set clear goals and lead prudently and consistently even in situations of change. Your communication skills and your ability to reconcile different interests distinguish you. Furthermore, you are willing to contribute and drive ideas for innovative developments.
