The Küssnacht district consists of the localities Küssnacht, Immensee and Merlischachen and is located at the foot of the Rigi between Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug.

In this versatile role, you support the management of our real estate portfolio and take on responsible tasks in facility management.

Your tasks

• You actively support the administrative and technical management of our entire real estate portfolio.
• You ensure smooth processes in contract and mutation management as well as in file administration.
• You are a competent contact person for tenants, craftsmen and caretakers.
• You coordinate smaller craft orders and keep an eye on appointments, quality and execution.
• You check, code and process creditor invoices.
• You organise and accompany apartment and property viewings as well as inspections and handovers.
• You contribute to the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements.
• You issue permits for parking and the use of public land.
• You keep an overview of key management and access control with Kaba exos and maintain the locking plans.
• You keep the data in the CAFM system Campos up to date and ensure reliable management.
• You relieve the entire infrastructure department with diverse administrative tasks.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in real estate management, facility management or a similar role.
• You are an empathetic team player and meet different people openly and appreciatively.
• You are highly IT-savvy, enthusiastic about digitalisation and AI, and ideally have already worked with CAFM and access control systems.
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
• You work independently, carefully and in a structured manner.
• You convince with a high level of service orientation and pronounced organisational talent.
• You appreciate the varied contact with different stakeholders.
