About the job
You will work on a urological specialized ward, which also cares for patients from other surgical areas. In the modernized ward, great importance is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration with flat hierarchies. You will work in a young and innovative team of nurses and doctors. Through integration into the overall urology team, close cooperation at eye level across all professional groups takes place to ensure first-class patient care. The ward opened on November 1, 2025, giving you the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and ideas to optimize workflows and processes.
We offer great flexibility in the work schedule and are happy to accommodate individual wishes if operationally possible.
