What you will achieve

• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR, ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting
• You contribute ideas and actively drive the automation, digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes
• Together with the team management, you take on professional responsibility and support demanding special topics with your know-how
• You participate in cross-departmental projects and ensure that financial aspects are always taken into account

What you bring

• Education: Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training
• Field: as a finance and accounting specialist or comparable course of study via university of applied sciences/university
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You keep the big picture in mind even in complex situations, bring in innovative ideas and present them convincingly
• You critically question existing processes, develop optimisation proposals and consistently implement improvements
• With your open and engaging manner, you actively contribute to a positive and appreciative team culture
• You have a high affinity for IT and are confident in SAP as well as MS Office applications, especially Excel
• You work independently, show initiative and convince with a structured and reliable way of working
• German (C1)
