About the job
For the team at INIZIA AG, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and motivated individual as part of a young and motivated team.
Your tasks- Ensuring and implementing planning in the SIA phases from construction decision onwards
- Guaranteeing an appropriate overall project organisation with monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
- Leading planning and coordination meetings including minute-taking
- On-site construction management with active control of construction work
- Knowing and enforcing contractual agreements with partners as well as checking the quality of the work
- Preparing measurements and contractor invoices
- Conducting inspections
- You are responsible for plan checks within the framework of INIZIA quality assurance, contractual bases and SIA requirements
- Reporting to the Head of Construction Management
- You are characterised by your independent, structured way of working and high architectural quality awareness
- Solid basic construction training, for example as a structural draughtsperson with further training as a federally certified construction manager or technician TS and TU experience
- Above-average cost, deadline and quality awareness
- Leadership qualities
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of common IT and construction administration software
- You have knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA)
- You are a communicative, team-oriented and solution-focused personality
