About the job
The gaw Society for Work and Living is a non-profit organization with heart and attitude. Since 1987, we have been supporting people with mental disabilities on their way to an independent life - with around 230 jobs and training places and 35 residential places in the Basel region.
To strengthen our building cleaning team, we are looking for an experienced employee immediately or by arrangement who enjoys working with people in need of support.
Your mission:
- You clean our buildings – inside and outside – thoroughly and reliably.
- You take responsibility for a property – ensuring everything is clean and everything runs according to plan.
- You accompany people with a mental disability in their work – patiently and with heart.
- Occasionally, you also help on a Saturday morning.
What we are looking for:
- Completed training housekeeping EFZ/EBA or building cleaning EFZ/EBA
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license (category B) is mandatory
- You are flexible, independent, friendly, and love order
- You enjoy guiding and supporting others
