What you will do here
- Independently organise and administer further education courses and programmes
- Support and assist course and programme leaders as well as lecturers and students in administrative matters
- Collaborate in the project team and proactively tackle administrative work packages
- Maintain, manage and administer platforms and databases (such as Moodle, IS-Academia, CRM)
- Serve various stakeholders of professional development together with a motivated team
What you ideally bring
- EFZ commercial clerk with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Enjoy working with different people in a lively environment with varied tasks
- Customer-oriented, solution-focused and proactive thinking and acting
- Independent and reliable structured working style
- Quick comprehension and strong organisational skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as flair and interest in digital innovations
- Confident German, good French and English skills are an advantage
