Are you our new team member who will support us as a Receptionist immediately or by arrangement?
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring the smooth operation at the reception
- Welcoming, caring for, and bidding farewell to hotel guests
- Processing and fulfilling guest requests
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Operating the telephone and information center
- Receiving and processing incoming reservations
- Conducting a professional complaint management
- Creating and editing daily closings
- Maintaining booking channels
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
- Adhering to and implementing the "Sorell Standards", hygiene, and occupational safety guidelines
- Ensuring extremely careful handling of food, consumables, and materials, devices, and machines with the aim of caring for the environment and promoting sustainability
Your strengths:
- Completed hotel management training EFZ
- Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and hotel reservation programs
- Very good oral and written German and English skills, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Enthusiastic sales personality
