- You coordinate and carry out administrative tasks.
- You prepare documents and provide telephone information.
- Together with the other team members, you are responsible for the reception area and mail dispatch.
- You act proactively, bring in your own ideas, and contribute to the further development of the team.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a commercial education and at least two years of professional experience.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the social insurance system or are willing to acquire the corresponding knowledge.
- Thanks to your quick comprehension, you can independently take on tasks in a short time.
- You think and act in a service-oriented and empathetic manner towards customers and colleagues.
- You work efficiently and keep an overview even in hectic times.
- With your constructive, helpful, and reliable nature, you contribute to a good team climate.
- You are committed and bring motivation and initiative to your work.
- Your mother tongue is German or French, and you have very good oral and written skills in the other language.
