The company Wipf AG develops and produces high-density packaging films and bags for the food, pharmaceutical, and non-food industries. The company employs around 240 people and is one of the leading packaging manufacturers in Europe.

What you will achieve

• Independently setting up bag orders according to internal guidelines
• Continuous monitoring of production for deviations
• Leading and supporting the assigned recipients
• Independently resolving simpler technical faults
• Adhering to internal safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring

• Completed training as a machine operator EFZ or similar technical training

• Professional experience in the technical industry

• Good knowledge of German

• High quality awareness

• Technical flair for machines and enjoyment in operating, maintaining, and optimising our equipment

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
