About the job
The three schools Lätten in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen and Buechwis in Benglen, which are located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden school. At our schools, around 250 teachers and staff look after over 1,200 pupils.
Buechwis: Childcare Specialist 41%
To strengthen our team in the Buechwis day care structures in Benglen, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist from 1 January 2027.
Workload: 41%
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45 am to 6:00 pm
Your tasks
- Care, support and promotion of children in everyday after-school care and holiday care
- Building and maintaining a respectful relationship with the children
- Co-creating a varied, safe and age-appropriate care offer
- Planning and conducting play, movement, creative and leisure activities
- Supporting children in their social, emotional and personal development
- Assuming supervisory duties and ensuring the well-being of the children
Your profile
- Completed training as a Childcare Specialist
- Enjoyment in working with children and supporting their individual development
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High social competence as well as appreciative and respectful interaction
- Organisational skills, independence and sense of responsibility
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
