Join Lucerne Festival to support our over 60 partners! Gain hands-on experience in a vibrant cultural environment.
Tasks
- Assist in managing branding, ticketing, and communication for events.
- Help prepare and execute various festival events and VIP lounge.
- Contribute to comprehensive festival reporting for all partners.
Skills
- Ongoing or completed education in Business, Communication, or Event Management.
- Excellent organizational skills and high independence are essential.
- Strong German and English proficiency, with MS Office experience.

About the job
Support in managing our over 60 partners and private sponsors (branding, ticketing, communication, projects, events, etc.)
Assistance in the preparation and implementation of various events during the festival as well as our VIP lounge
Collaboration in creating a comprehensive festival report for all partners and sponsors
Support for the Head of Sponsoring in acquiring new partners
Taking on special projects
Administrative tasks
Ongoing or completed training in business administration, communication, marketing, cultural or event management
Very good organizational skills, high independence and initiative
Structured and careful working style
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, enjoyment of writing and proficient in the use of MS Office
Interest in classical music and festival operations
You keep an overview even during busy festival times and are happy to work during weekends and evenings throughout the festivals
