Around 120 employees from various professional fields work together with commitment to ensure holistic care.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as
Health and Social Care Assistant EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant (40–60%) for the night shift.
Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and support of our residents during the night
- Support with basic care and promotion of well-being
- Observation and communication of changes in health status
- Implementation of nursing measures within your training and competencies
- Careful electronic nursing documentation
- Co-responsibility for a calm, safe and pleasant night atmosphere
- Ensuring a high quality of care
Your profile
- Completed training
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Team spirit, empathy and strong communication skills
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and team spirit
