We are looking for a dedicated personality for our IT team as an Application Owner Digital Construction. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our business-critical construction ERP solution, RIB 4.0. You will act as an interface to our specialist department, analyze current business processes and requirements, and develop new solutions based on this to define future standards. Internally, you will design and coordinate interfaces to other systems, primarily S/4HANA for our sales and purchasing processes. The workplace is at our new location in the Ambassador House in Zürich-Opfikon and from your home office.
Your responsibilities:
- In this role, you will analyze requirements from the areas of calculation, project controlling, construction management, purchasing, and sales, and develop thoughtful specialist concepts and solution proposals.
- In close collaboration with service managers, application owners, and specialist departments, you will plan and manage the further development of the RIB 4.0 platform.
- You will accompany the technical implementation – from customization to the coordination of tests, approvals, and rollouts of new features.
- As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for the stable operation of the application and ensure smooth support.
- You will take over backlog and requirements management and align technical and specialist perspectives.
- Together with internal and external partners, you will ensure that standards, data protection, and security requirements are always met.
Your qualifications:
- You have a completed degree (business informatics, IT, civil engineering, etc.) and several years of experience in application management or as a product owner.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., RIB 4.0, SAP, iTWO) and experience in requirements management are prerequisites; programming skills are an advantage.
- You bring a deep technical understanding of SQL, web APIs, and IT processes (ITIL).
- Your communication skills are top-notch, you work solution-oriented, and you enjoy optimizing processes in collaboration with various and demanding target groups.
- Ideally, you have experience in project management and working with external service providers.
- Your very good German and English skills complete your profile.
