About the job

We are looking for a management for our educational institute (80-100%) starting 4 January 2027 or by arrangement

For 35 years we have been training professionals in body psychotherapy, coaching, counselling and supervision
and thereby connecting body, mind and emotion into a sustainable approach. Furthermore,
we offer a wide range of personal development programmes.
For our committed team, we are looking for you to take on the management.

Your tasks
• Strategic and operational management of the educational institute
• Personnel management of the team and external lecturers
• Development and implementation of a new strategy
• Product management for the areas of further education and personal development
• Close collaboration with the board
• Responsibility for finance, personnel, ICT, infrastructure, quality management and data protection
• The position can still be adapted within the framework of succession

Your profile
• Commercial basic training as well as further education (higher vocational or university education)
• Leadership experience and values of a participative leadership style
• Experience in adult education
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and market orientation
• Enjoyment in shaping and developing
• High social competence, teamwork, conflict resolution skills, negotiation skills and flexibility
• Good work organisation and self-management
• High IT affinity
• Confident German language skills
