About the job
Your Tasks
• Monitoring/supervision of the bath and sauna area
for safety
• Conducting sauna infusions and rituals
• First aid and life-saving immediate measures
in emergencies
• Competent information on area-relevant infrastructure
and offers
• Active guest care, advice, information and towel service
• Daily water sampling & maintaining
service-relevant protocols
• Preparing and supplying laundry trolleys
• Execution of tasks according to the weekly cleaning plan
Bath / Sauna
• Smooth cooperation with internal cross-departmental
departments
Your Profile
• Professional basic training desired
• Swimming certificate IGBA Pro or SLRG Pool Plus required
• Subject-specific training and further education in
medical and/or bath and sauna operations
advantageous
• Professional experience in the wellness industry and/or bath and
sauna area required
• Further training in the whisking technique advantageous
• Very good German skills required, good English skills desirable
• Basic PC user skills as well as technical understanding
• High affinity for sauna/wellness
