To strengthen our team in the crisis intervention ward with 16 treatment places, we are looking for you as of July 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You competently implement the nursing process and promote the health and resources of the patients
- You quickly build a sustainable relationship with patients. With a proactive attitude, you ensure that a high-quality service is always provided.
- You advise patients, their relatives, caregivers, and referrers
- You work in shift service
Profile
- Diploma nurse HF/FH
- Ideally, you have experience in acute psychiatry
- You are an enthusiastic, independent, responsible, and proactive personality with a great sense of humor
- Your professional and social competence, solution-oriented and comprehensive thinking and acting characterize you
- You enjoy interprofessional, cross-departmental collaboration
- You know how to keep a clear head and set priorities in difficult situations
- Very good manners and appreciative communication are important to you
