For the development and production of a serial culture podcast in storytelling format, we are looking for a committed personality with a sense for innovative podcasting as part of a new appointment from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Format development
- Topic finding, research and conceptualisation for 2 podcast series annually
- Head authorship / Head reporter
- Direction
- Cross-media processing
- Distribution
Your profile
- Journalistic experience in the field of podcast or audio, especially in narrative formats
- High affinity for expertise in historical and cultural topics
- Good knowledge of the Swiss cultural landscape
- Ability to conduct good conversations as a reporter and to think in scenes
- Very good knowledge of audio editing software
- Willingness to experiment and creativity in dealing with original sounds and music and new acoustic forms
- Enjoy coordinating and conceptualising
- Ability to prepare topics cross-media
- Confident appearance
