Mandate Manager: Facility Management

What you can achieve with us.

You lead our facility management team and, together with your colleagues, provide the diverse operational services in technical and infrastructural building management. Among other things, you are responsible for:

• Leading and promoting your team
• Monitoring cost and contract compliance
• Planning and controlling work
• Creating analyses and reports
• Customer advice and support
• Optimising and developing processes and sub-processes
• Supporting the acquisition of new mandates
• Enforcing safety regulations from legislators and operations
• Ensuring ongoing training and further education of your team
• Technical participation and support in operational management and maintenance (HVAC/Electrical)

What defines you.

You are a service provider by conviction, think ahead and contribute appropriate optimisation proposals. Positive feedback motivates you to perform at your best. In addition, you bring the following:

• Technical basic training in HVAC or electrical field desirable
• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with technical and commercial background or similar education with relevant several years of professional experience
• Professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• Sound business management understanding
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, ideally Planon CAFM, RTM, SAP Fiori, Baseware)
• Fluent German skills and English advantageous
• Interest and affinity for real estate, technology and maintenance
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Committed, communicative and flexible personality
• Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility
• Affinity for numbers
• Residence in the Sargans-Chur region advantageous
