• You support HR with onboarding and offboarding including onboarding and prepare references as well as correspondence
• You take over course administration and are the contact person for participants and speakers
• You organise and coordinate appointments and assist administratively in recruitment
• You process physical and electronic mail and maintain the electronic personnel files
• You conduct expense checks and take on further administrative tasks

• You have a Matura or a completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ and are currently studying
• You have initial commercial work experience, preferably in Human Resources, and are ready to learn new things
• You communicate confidently in German; French and Italian are a plus
• You have a high level of social and self-competence, can manage yourself well, and live a professional customer orientation
• You have a pronounced digital affinity, apply new technologies confidently, and learn independently
