For Helvetic Partners Group AG with Boxenstop GmbH, X1291 GmbH, the Hotel & Eventcentre Der Meilenstein GmbH as well as Pneu Bösiger AG, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic and strong leadership personality to professionally and personally lead the accounting of our corporate group.

The position combines operational accounting, team leadership, controlling and close collaboration with management and property management.

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the accounting team
• Overall responsibility for the financial accounting of several companies
• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, VAT and intercompany reconciliations
• Management and monitoring of liquidity and cash flow
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports and variance analyses
• Preparation of relevant financial key figures for management and ownership
• Close cooperation with property management, especially regarding rental income, ancillary costs, maintenance and investment costs as well as property budgets
• Coordination with trustees, auditors, banks and other external partners
• Further development, digitalisation and standardisation of financial processes within the group

Your profile

• Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a corporate group
• Very good user knowledge and practical experience with Abacus, especially in financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Several years of leadership experience
• Professional certificate in finance and accounting, fiduciary, HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Confidence in financial statements and very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards
• Experience with controlling, budgeting and liquidity planning
• Experience in real estate/property accounting is an advantage
• Very good Excel and ERP/accounting knowledge
• High digital affinity and interest in automation

You are hands-on, structured and assertive, lead your team clearly and appreciatively, and keep an overview even with several companies.

You recognise deviations early, question processes and bring in solutions. At the same time, you can collaborate with management, property management and operational managers on an equal footing.
