Employee Claims Assessment KVG/VVG in Contract and Claims Management 80-100% (all genders)

What you will achieve:

• Review and processing of claims dossiers according to legal, contractual, and internal guidelines.

• Ensuring the legal, contractual, and medical examination and processing of cost approvals and invoicing.

• You independently clarify matters and make coverage assessments.

• You are an important contact person for our customers, service providers, internal departments, and external service providers.

• You actively contribute to projects and support us in continuously developing our claims settlement processes and customer-specific claims services.

• Your ideas contribute to the optimisation and further development of our operational processes.

How you will inspire us:

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.

• You already have experience in claims assessment - preferably in health insurance according to KVG and VVG.

• You have basic medical knowledge as well as knowledge of the Swiss health and tariff system, e.g. TARDOC and SwissDRG.

• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and like to make decisions responsibly.

• At the same time, you appreciate teamwork and exchange with various internal and external contacts.

• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the insurance industry and are eager to be part of an innovative and collegial team in a demanding role.

• You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing and can also communicate well in English. Additional Swiss national languages, especially French or Italian, are a plus.

• You are characterised by a strong customer and service orientation as well as an efficient and careful working style.

• You impress with a professional, appreciative manner and keep an overview even in demanding cases.
