- You are responsible for the care and support of our complex cases
- You set standards for high-quality care with targeted care planning
- You bear responsibility for nursing diagnostics
- You contribute to taking our wound management to a new level
- You are valued as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, pharmacists, etc.
- You support the training and further education of apprentices and interns
What you bring with you
- Desire for a new adventure, lots of commitment and inspiration
- Professional experience as a trained qualified nurse HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP in inpatient acute and/or long-term care
- You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
- Proven RAI knowledge as MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor is desirable
- Good spoken and written German skills
- Empathy, lots of heart and patience for our seniors
- You hold a category B driving licence
