These are your tasks
- Overall responsibility for payroll processes
- Ensuring smooth payroll runs including social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, daily sickness benefits insurance, and accident insurance
- Sparring partner for managers and employees in all HR and payroll matters
- Recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility
- Optimization and further development of our HR and payroll processes
- Participation in HR projects (digitalization, automation, employer experience)
- Ensuring compliance in a dynamic hotel environment
What we expect from you
- Commercial training with further education in HR / payroll
- Several years of experience in HR management with a strong payroll focus is mandatory, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
- Confident handling of HR and payroll systems (Mirus is an advantage)
- Structured, discreet working style and enjoyment of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
