These are your tasks

• Overall responsibility for payroll processes
• Ensuring smooth payroll runs including social insurance, withholding tax, pension fund, daily sickness benefits insurance, and accident insurance
• Sparring partner for managers and employees in all HR and payroll matters
• Recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility
• Optimization and further development of our HR and payroll processes
• Participation in HR projects (digitalization, automation, employer experience)
• Ensuring compliance in a dynamic hotel environment

What we expect from you

• Commercial training with further education in HR / payroll
• Several years of experience in HR management with a strong payroll focus is mandatory, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
• Confident handling of HR and payroll systems (Mirus is an advantage)
• Structured, discreet working style and enjoyment of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
