Job description
- Preparation and review of cost calculations and budget plans for structural engineering projects
- Conducting profitability analyses and cost-benefit assessments
- Leading cost determination and management within the planning team
- Monitoring and controlling construction costs during the project duration
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and site managers to optimise construction processes
- Preparation of tender documents and evaluation of offers
- Support in contract negotiations and conclusions
- Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Profile
- Completed studies in construction economics/building economics, architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field
- Professional experience in construction economics and project management
- Sound knowledge of cost and performance accounting
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
