Your area of responsibility

• Independent implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety management system according to ISO 45001 and EKAS ASA guideline 6508
• Operational support and safety supervision of ongoing data center operations as well as new construction, conversion, and expansion projects of data centers across all project phases
• Independent planning, execution, and documentation of hazard assessments, risk analyses, safety inspections, and construction site controls
• Operational responsibility for ISO 45001 certifications and re-certifications including preparation, implementation, audit support, and follow-up of measures
• Planning and conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits as well as
• Preparation of EHS reports and management reviews
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements (CH / SUVA / EKAS) as well as internal Health & Safety standards
• Design, execution, and documentation of Health & Safety training, instructions, and awareness measures
• Training, instruction, and sensitization of employees, contractors, and external partners
• Independent analysis of accidents and near misses including definition, implementation, and follow-up of prevention and corrective measures
• Escalation of safety-critical issues to the Head of Health & Safety according to the defined escalation matrix
• Close cooperation with project management, engineering, operations, customers, and external construction partners
  Operational representation of the Head of Health & Safety in defined areas and during absences
• Independent development, implementation, and maintenance of safety concepts for operations and construction projects in coordination with the Head of Health & Safety
• Customer contact in the area of Health & Safety as well as participation in customer audits in the area of Health & Safety

Your skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Health & Safety, ideally in the data center and construction sector
• Completed further training as a federal specialist ASGS
• Comprehensive knowledge of international standards such as ISO45001
• Strong interest in promoting ASGS
• Logical thinking and the ability to keep focus on the essentials even in hectic situations
• Assertiveness, enthusiasm, and joy in successful teamwork
• Good communication, presentation, and moderation skills
• Networked thinking and solution orientation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driver's license category B is mandatory
• Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (B2)
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
