Customer Advisor Preference (m/f/d), 80-100%, Bern / hybrid
What you achieve:
- Competent and friendly telephone customer advice on products, premium tariffs and insurance benefits
- Independent and professional handling of emails, letters, etc.
- Preparation of insurance certificates and processing of incoming correspondence
Why you succeed:
- You appreciate personal and telephone contact with customers, are patient and attentive
- You are service-oriented, responsible, flexible and resilient
- Ideally, you have a commercial or medical basic education
- You already have the VBV training (Health Insurance Module) or are willing to complete it
- You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German, English and French or Italian; any additional language is an advantage
