Your Area of Responsibility
- Design and further development of fixtures, operating equipment and production aids for High Power Charging (HPC) production
- Direct exchange with stakeholders throughout the entire development process to ensure optimal conditions for the series production of our products
- Development and evaluation of technical solution concepts considering function, quality, ergonomics and costs
- Prototype construction, testing and validation of new fixtures and devices
- Creation and maintenance of technical drawings, parts lists and documentation in CATIA/PDM
- Participation in the setup of the next generation of production lines: digital, modular, smart
- Technical support and advice for international HPC production sites
- Participation in the strategic/tactical setup and implementation of digitalisation and automation programmes
Your Profile
- Completed studies (FH/HF) in engineering, process engineering, systems engineering or comparable technical education
- Experience with system integration, digitalisation and automation required, experience with AI advantageous
- Several years of experience in the design and development of apparatus and devices in an industrial environment, experience in the electrical engineering field advantageous
- Very good CAD skills (ideally CATIA) as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Analytical, structured and independent working style with a strong understanding of technical and physical relationships
- Communicative personality with manual skills, high initiative and innovative spirit
- Very good German and English skills as well as high social competence in an international environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
