About the job
Are you a nursing specialist who enjoys not only advising people professionally but also inspiring them to find the right support?
In this role, you combine your nursing expertise with counselling and communication. You visit families at home, analyse their situation, explain our services, and support them in deciding on the appropriate assistance.
We believe that people cared for at home deserve a dignified, self-determined life — and that caregiving relatives are heroes. That is why we support them with personal care, practical help in daily nursing, and professional training – ensuring their valuable work is fairly compensated.
Your tasks
- You visit clients and their relatives at home and conduct the initial assessment of the care situation
- You listen attentively, ask the right questions, and identify the support the family truly needs
- You explain our services clearly and convincingly, showing relatives the options available to them
- You independently make clinical assessments and initiate the next steps
- You ensure the correct preparation of the care prescription and all care-relevant documentation
- You coordinate with Spitex organisations and other partners
- You document your assessments and ensure a clean handover to further care providers
- You complete your administrative tasks independently from the home office
Your profile
- Completed tertiary-level nursing education (Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH)
- Professional experience in outpatient care / Spitex — you know the environment and understand what matters
- Genuine persuasive talent: You win people over warmly, sympathetically, and trustworthily
- Enjoy engaging relatives actively in suitable support offers — you take objections sportingly and see them as a challenge
- Strong, structured communication skills: You get straight to the point concisely
- Professional, well-groomed appearance — first impressions count
- Pronounced clinical assessment ability and good observational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking: You act purposefully, decide independently, and take responsibility
- High resilience and flexibility in changing situations
- Confident use of digital tools
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
