to relieve project managers and teams in all administrative and organisational matters.
Your area of responsibility
Work location: Northwest Switzerland region, canton of Aargau
Workload: 60% - medium term increase to 80%-100% possible
Employment: permanent position
Start: immediately or by arrangement

For a demanding technical project in the field of safety control technology in energy engineering, we are looking for a reliable and organised
technical project assistant 60%
to relieve project managers and teams in all administrative and organisational matters.
Your area of responsibility
- Support of project managers and teams with administrative and organisational tasks
- Appointment and meeting coordination, minute taking
- Preparation of presentations and proofreading
- Creation and collaboration on official letters, co-review assignments and commentary reports
- Coordination of procurement, access, onboarding and travel organisation (hotel bookings, internal travel requests)
- Management of shared project email inboxes and document filing
- Participation in the assistance pool
- Very good MS Office skills and technical flair (SAP, Outlook, Teams, OneNote advantageous)
- Experience in the environment of technical projects (infrastructure, energy production etc.) is an advantage.
- Careful and precise working method
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Strong communication and social skills at all levels
- Responsible, flexible and results-oriented
- German spoken and written (English advantageous)
