Managing Director

In direct exchange with the Board of Directors, you are responsible for the operational management and sustainable development of the company. Together with those responsible for sales, production, and finance, as well as the experienced employees in project management, you will continue to guarantee the highest quality and an innovative, market-oriented range of products and customised customer solutions. As an operationally strong and analytical leader, you recognise the key influencing factors and development potential in production as well as in procurement and sales. You pragmatically implement the measures you develop, create and monitor processes, thereby ensuring the sustainable success of the company.

We are looking for a decisive leader who maintains a results-oriented, cooperative leadership style and fosters an environment where employees can contribute and develop their strengths. You have a technical education (wood industry advantageous), combined with business management training. Your practical track record includes several years of leadership experience in a production company. This gives you a solid understanding of production processes, the development of products and customised solutions in project business, as well as entrepreneurial contexts. Languages: German and English, as well as conversational French.
