Tax Advisor 100%

We are an internationally active business law firm with around 90 professionals. Our offices are located in Zurich and Zug. We are looking to strengthen our tax team in Zurich Seefeld immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You actively participate in exciting tax consulting projects and contribute your ideas
• You support our experienced team in advising our national and international clients in a dynamic tax law environment
• You assist legal entities and individuals with complex tax issues – especially in succession planning, employee participation, restructurings, transactions as well as in the preparation of tax rulings, appeals and the like

Your qualifications

• You have initial practical experience in tax law and want to systematically expand your expertise
• You have already gained experience in M&A, due diligences and international corporate tax
• You have a strong interest in tax law issues and are already enrolled in the course to become a certified tax expert or intend at least to complete it
• You are characterised by a structured, responsible and flexible way of working and are prepared to deliver above-average performance
• You possess a pronounced analytical mindset, excellent numerical understanding and a proactive work attitude
• You communicate confidently, appropriately for the audience and convincingly – both in German and English
