Your Tasks
- Professional handling of basic and treatment care for our residents
- You advise and support our residents and their relatives
- You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC for the residents
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are familiar with the RAI system
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
