What you will achieve
Support for the personnel managers in various areas:
- Assistance at reception with providing information to residents and visitors
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Resident administration including invoicing and contact with health insurance companies and other stakeholders
- General correspondence and administrative tasks such as communication with interested parties, maintenance of advertising documentation and support for management or department heads
- Management and maintenance of social media channels
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field
- Professional experience in administration
- User knowledge of social media
- Good PC skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office programmes
- Solution-oriented and structured personality with organisational talent
- Very good written and spoken German skills
