What to expect

• You support the branch management in handling the diverse and demanding tasks related to managing and operating the Elgg branch.
• You take on various administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing measurement documents, creating offers, consultation meetings, etc. (approx. 40-50%).
• Handling service orders from planning to execution at our customers (approx. 40-50%) – depending on your knowledge and interests, you will gradually take on more demanding tasks from the branch manager’s area of responsibility.
• Your range of tasks is extended by searching for and resolving electrical faults of all kinds and performing electrical installation work in the service sector (private, commercial, industrial).

What you bring

• A completed apprenticeship as an electrician forms the basis for this demanding position – complemented by solid leadership experience or experience in a comparable managerial role.
• Ideally, you have further training in electrical safety consulting or are currently undergoing the relevant training.
• For the flexible and independent way of working, we are looking for a person who acts in a structured, efficient manner with high execution quality.
• You use your strong advisory skills profitably every day to provide optimal customer care and develop individual solutions.
• Additionally, you impress with your leadership skills, enabling you to act successfully as a link between branch management and the team.
