Spitex Rothenburg offers services in the areas of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care and support, as well as domestic services for the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg. The care assignments at Haus & Hof Hermolingen with around 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in the extended environment complete our Spitex operation and make it something special.
From 1.1.2027, we will pool our resources in the Sempachersee region and jointly start into the future as the new, modern and future-oriented organisation Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG.
To strengthen our team at the Rothenburg base, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Health Specialist (FaGe) / Certified Home Care Nurse, 40 – 90%
Whether fixed-term, permanent, only late shifts, fixed days off -> together we will develop your working model, tailored to your life situation
Your tasks:
- Perform basic and treatment care according to KLV 7 in stable client situations
- Assist with process management and client documentation as case manager two, in collaboration with the qualified nursing professional
- Active cooperation with all parties involved in the care process
- Participation in internal competence teams
- Support with administrative processes
