BAUHAUS, the specialist for workshop, home and garden, is currently represented in Switzerland with seven specialist centres in the cantons of Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen, Fribourg, Aargau and Ticino as well as a webshop, employing over 600 staff. In fifteen specialist departments, BAUHAUS offers its customers over 120,000 quality products on a sales area of up to 20,000 m². You can look forward to:

• You support the department management in organising the department as well as in leading and scheduling the team in the area of cash desk/main information/KIC. Together you inspire and motivate the team. In the absence of the department management, you take over their deputy role

• You check customer orders for accuracy

• You share responsibility for ensuring processes in the sales administration and cash office

• You ensure order and cleanliness in the cash desk areas

• Control of cash desk and safe reconciliations also falls within your area of responsibility

• You support the team at the cash desk and at the main information point

• You have completed training in commerce or a commercial field, have experience in the cash desk area and are used to working during sales opening hours (including Saturdays)

• You are a communicative and loyal personality with convincing leadership qualities

• In addition, you are very proficient in using common Office programmes
