WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will take responsibility for the implementation, management, and optimization of Azure and M365 cloud solutions
• You will implement modern workplace solutions and support them – especially in the areas of device management, endpoint security, and software deployment
• You will handle customer inquiries in 2nd and 3rd level support and also support in exceptional cases in 1st level support
• You will participate in projects for the integration of mobile devices and develop guidelines and IT standards
• You will take on diverse technical tasks – from planning and installation to training and support of end users
• You will work closely with colleagues in central IT infrastructure areas, especially in firewalls (Sophos), network technology, and IT collaboration solutions

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• You have completed training in the IT field and bring several years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have solid knowledge in Azure and M365
• You bring a broad IT know-how and are ready to contribute in various areas
• You show high initiative, are service-oriented, and enjoy direct customer contact
• You embody the start-up mentality: You are flexible, eager to learn, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written – knowledge of French is an advantage
