About the job

To support vocational marketing, we are looking for a motivated and committed team member as a Marketing & Content Manager: Vocational Marketing (40-50%) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

As a Marketing & Content Manager: Vocational Marketing, you will actively shape the promotion of healthcare professions in the Canton of Bern and work in a small, dedicated team. You are a communicative and service-oriented personality and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.

Your area of responsibility

Events

• Planning, organising and conducting vocational marketing events within the team as well as independently
• Participation in projects and taking on sub-project management

Social Media and Communication

• Developing, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns to promote healthcare professions in Bern
• Creating target group-oriented content as well as managing and further developing social media channels including community management
• Contributing to the further development and maintenance of the web platform gesundheitsberufe-bern.ch
• Assisting in the conception, production and coordination of communication materials

myoda – Taster Sessions and Internships

• Support and further development of the web application myoda.ch as well as administrative support of the working group and system management
• Telephone service for the OdA main line

Your profile

• Education and/or professional experience in marketing, communication, content marketing, social media or event management
• Experience in planning and implementing online marketing measures, campaigns and social media activities
• Creativity, a sense for trends and the ability to independently develop and implement ideas
• Enjoy producing content on site yourself (photos, videos, interviews, reels, stories, etc.)
• Confident editorial skills
• High digital affinity as well as interest in new forms of communication and AI applications
• Organisational talent and experience in planning and conducting events
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Interest in education, vocational training and healthcare

Advantageous

• Knowledge in image, video and content production (Adobe Express, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Experience in community management
• Knowledge of CMS and social media management tools
