The task:

• Job rotation at the workstations within the Warehouse Operations team

• Goods receipt (unloading lorries etc.), checking incoming shipments and processing them up to and including goods dispatch/storage

• Forwarding of samples

• Posting/releasing and confirming goods receipt in the warehouse management system (WMS)

• Goods issue, checking outgoing shipments as well as goods dispatch (loading lorries etc.) considering weight distribution

• Compliance with regulations on the shipment of dangerous goods

• Temperature controls, observing dwell times and permissible temperature ranges

• Coordination of internal transports

• Intralogistics around the filling process in cooperation with SFF

• GxP-compliant documentation of performed tasks

• Operating and maintaining industrial trucks, especially counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks, adhering to safety regulations and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Execution of personal tasks assigned by the team leader

• Cleaning/maintaining cleanliness of traffic routes and warehouse buildings

• Handling and disposal of waste according to specifications

You bring
• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment - GxP experience (GMP, GSP and GDP)

• Experience in careful documentation and recording of workflows

• Experience in loading and unloading lorries
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems as well as common MS Office programmes
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
• SUVA recognised forklift licence

• Strong team spirit, punctuality as well as a reliable, independent and responsible working style.
