MZ Buchhaltung GmbH is part of a modern trust network with several locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. For our Basel office, we are looking for an experienced individual with a focus on payroll accounting.

What to expect with us

• Independent management of payroll mandates
• Execution of monthly payroll runs
• Preparation of salary statements
• Withholding tax settlements
• Year-end settlements including AHV, BVG, UVG, and KTG
• Assistance with client accounting (document processing and posting)
• Direct contact with our clients
• Support with other trust tasks if you wish

What you bring

• Practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting is required
• Knowledge of social insurance systems
• Independent and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of client contact

The position is suitable both for experienced trust and payroll professionals and for those returning after a career break.
