For our client, we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales personality who understands technology, inspires people, and wants to actively develop markets.
Your mission
You will take on a key role in expanding the European business and act as a central interface between technology, sales, and international partners. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and actively shape market success.
Your tasks in detail
- You develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with distributors, industrial partners, and key accounts in Europe
- You identify new business opportunities and purposefully build a powerful partner network
- You drive the further development of existing OEM structures and unlock new growth potentials
- You accompany the entire sales process – from technical advice through to quotation and successful conclusion
- You support and empower sales partners through practical training and knowledge transfer
- You actively position products in the market through events, customer events, and targeted presence measures
- You keep an eye on market trends and customer needs and derive concrete recommendations for action
Your profile – what you bring with you
- Technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, production, manufacturing) with business management understanding
- Experience in technical sales of complex products in an industrial environment
- Practical experience in collaboration with partners, manufacturers, or end customers in the B2B environment
- You convince with your ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and benefit-oriented
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Routine in handling digital tools (MS Office, ideally ERP systems)
- High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment of international travel
