What you achieve
In our protected living area for people with dementia or in an open living area, you will take on the following tasks:- Professional and individual care and support of the residents
- Careful and complete maintenance of care documentation
- Support of qualified nursing staff in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process
- Regular assumption of daily responsibility
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training as FaGe EFZ or equivalent, recognised by the SRK
- Experience in long-term care and dealing with elderly people
- User knowledge of the CareCoach software (care documentation) is an advantage
- Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
- Very good written and spoken German skills
