Your missions
In accordance with the guidelines set by the compulsory education service and the DFAC, the deputy head of a CO school is responsible for assisting the headteacher in organisational tasks, the operation and administrative and pedagogical management of the establishment, the quality of teaching and education, as well as collaboration with all school partners.
This position may be supplemented by teaching hours.
Desired profile
- Teaching diploma for lower secondary level (master's degree)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience (teaching)
- If possible, CAS in management and leadership of educational institutions or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of the school level
- Ability to establish positive human relations with young people and adults
- Experience desired in leading educational projects and/or a working group
- Sense of communication, collaboration and responsibility within a team
- Proficiency in computer software
- Interest in student follow-up
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
